We know you have many choices when choosing a Cosmetic Dentist in Indianapolis, IN so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Usually, charges for professional services are due at the time treatment is provided. We will make every effort to provide you with a treatment plan that fits your budget as well as your timetable, while giving you the best possible dental care.
Many of our patients have dental insurance, or are receiving dental insurance benefits for the first time. Please remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company; we are only a third party to this agreement. We will be happy to assist you in preparing and submitting the necessary forms so that you will obtain the maximum benefit from your dental insurance.
If you have any questions regarding your dental insurance benefits, simply bring your benefit booklet into the office and we will be happy to review your coverage with you.
We do ask patients with dental insurance to pay the deductible as well as the percentage not paid by their policy as soon as services are completed.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover; we also offer you a 5% courtesy discount when you pay by cash or check when treatment is completed.
As a licensed Cosmetic Dentist in Indianapolis, IN we work with our patients so they can achieve and maintain a beautiful smile and healthier gums and teeth. We take the time with our patients to explain their treatment options and inform them of additional preventative care. We feel this will lead to a more trusting doctor/patient relationship and, for many people, relieve the stress about seeing a dentist.
